• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number when you submit an enquiry form or message us
• Details about your business and project that you choose to share with us
• Billing details necessary to raise an invoice, where you become a customer

Information collected automatically

• Basic, aggregated website analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites.

We do not collect payment card details on our website. Any payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own security standards.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for
• To deliver, support, maintain and improve those services
• To send service-related communication such as project updates and invoices
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.

3. Customer data we process on your behalf

When we build or operate software for you — for example a WhatsApp Chat Store — we may process data belonging to your customers, such as names, phone numbers and order details. In that case you are the owner of that data and we act only on your instructions. We do not use your customers' data for our own purposes, and we return or delete it when our engagement ends.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as necessary. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, form and email delivery services, analytics providers, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), and payment processors. Each operates under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so that we can follow up meaningfully. Records connected to a paid engagement are retained for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

6. Security

We use HTTPS across our website, restrict access to information on a need-to-know basis, and choose reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
