NestedX is a technology company based in India. We build our own products, and we take on selected client work each quarter — for businesses where technology can create meaningful leverage.
Why we exist
Most Indian small and medium businesses are stuck between two bad options. Off-the-shelf tools almost fit, but never quite. Custom software is quoted at prices built for enterprises. So the work carries on in notebooks, spreadsheets and late-night WhatsApp replies.
We think that gap is the most interesting problem in Indian software right now, and it is the one we build for.

We are a product company that does selected client work, not an agency that occasionally builds products. That order matters.

Building and running our own products means we feel the same problems our clients feel: real users, real support requests, real bugs at midnight. Client work is chosen partly for whether it teaches us something we can bring back into the products.
How we work
- We tell you if we are the wrong fit. If your problem is better solved by an existing tool, we will say so instead of selling you a project.
- Fixed scope, fixed price, written down. No surprise invoices.
- You own everything. Source code, designs, data, accounts. No lock-in, ever.
- AI where it earns its place. We build AI into products because it does specific jobs well, not because it is on trend.
- Small on purpose. You talk to the people who build your software, not an account manager.

Ritesh Kumar
Founder
Ritesh founded NestedX to build technology around problems that don't disappear. He built and shipped CAHireX, a free product for Indian tax and GST workflows that is live and in use today.
He leads how NestedX picks problems, builds products and works with clients. If you work with us, you work with him.
Where we are
We are based in Gurugram and work with businesses across India. Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is exactly where our customers already are.
