You see the whole thing as screens first. Changes at this stage cost nothing. Changes after it cost time, which is exactly why we do it in this order.
03 — Build
Not a status report — the actual thing, running, that you can open and click. You never have to ask how it's going, and nothing is a surprise at the end.
04 — Handover
Code, documentation, deployment and accounts, transferred to you. We walk your team through it. There is no lock-in and nothing held back.
